All maintenance is carried out in-house by certified IONSTAR® technicians at our factory. To register your IONSTAR® for maintenance, simply fill out the form below or contact us directly via phone or email.
Alternatively, you may send your IONSTAR®—securely packaged—to the service address listed below. Please always include a note specifying the service to be performed.

IONSTAR® maintenance is performed in accordance with the official testing protocol for electrical devices as per DIN VDE 0105-100, BetrSichV, and DGUV Regulation 3, for: IONSTAR® Anti-Static Gun by Herrmann Innovations GmbH
