Liability for links

Our website contains links to external third-party websites. We have no control over their content and therefore cannot accept responsibility for it. The relevant provider or operator is responsible for the content of each linked website.

Linked websites were checked for possible legal infringements when the links were created. No unlawful content was identified at that time. Continuous monitoring of linked content is not reasonable without specific indications of an infringement. If we become aware of an infringement, we will remove the relevant link promptly.

We do not participate in dispute resolution proceedings before consumer arbitration bodies.

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own website content under section 7(1) of the German Telemedia Act (TMG), as cited in the source text.
